High-Accuracy Marking The ULS 100 Servo provides precise dot peen marking with an adjustable marking depth of 0.1–0.2 mm, depending on the workpiece material. It is suitable for marking workpieces with hardness up to HRC 60 and delivers clear, durable identification marks.

Versatile Marking The system supports marking of characters, serial numbers, VIN codes, graphics, anti-counterfeiting marks, 2D codes and QR codes. With a marking range of 140 × 80 mm, it is suitable for a variety of industrial marking requirements.

Servo-Driven Performance The servo-driven marking mechanism provides smooth and accurate movement, enabling consistent marking quality and precise positioning. It is designed for applications where repeatability and marking accuracy are important.

Flexible Marking Direction The ULS 100 Servo supports four-direction marking and can mark on tube surfaces and sector-shaped surfaces. This provides greater flexibility when marking different shapes and types of workpieces.
